Facilities subject to the reporting requirement are required to complete a Toxic Chemical Release Form Form R for specified chemicals. The purpose of the re- porting requirement is to inform the public and govern- ment officials about routine and accidental releases of toxic chemicals to the environment.
It will also assist in research and the development of regulations, guide- lines, and standards. The lists should be used as a reference tool, not as a definitive source of compliance information. For reference purposes, the chemicals with their CAS numbers are ordered alphabetically follow- ing the CAS-order list.
